Arusha Backpackers Hotel Rooms

"Wonderful"

As we say in Spain, it was a “bueno, bonito, barato” kind of hostel. Basic but enough to meet backpackers expectations. Rooms are small but comfortable and showers/toilets were Ok. Value for money

Basic but functional in a good location. Good value to have your own room for such a price and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but not bad considering what you pay. I only stayed one night but seems a good place to meet other travellers and close to bus station, town etc.

It's a very good place for budget travellers. Hot water for having a shower is really good.

The breakfast was average.. the actual location of the property is great and accessible from all important spots in the city from shopping malls to restaurants that cater for affordable meals and drinks. Hot water all the time and the rooms were sparkling clean.

It was super worthy, very good price, all super clean and the staff, they always be there for you!!

This is a great value for money, with clean rooms and good breakfast. The property is in a good location, close to central Arusha.This was also the first place where I had hot water showers in a hotel in Tanzania, after previously having stayed in two other places and a four day safary.

We stayed at the backpackers mainly for its central location, and it didn't disappoint. The rooms were smallish, but still okay for two people. Staff was very friendly. Some organisation-wise things could have gone better, though: they tried to help us arrange a few things, like bus tickets and a taxi, both of which never arrived... also, we had to pay extra on arrival, and we didn't really understand what for. And on top of that, though we were told at the reception that the restaurant offered dinner, we were informed there that they didn't offer any food, which we thought was a bit strange - no big deal, but we would have liked beforehand, so that we wouldn't have needed to go out again for grocery shopping. All in all, we thought the accomodation was perfectly all right, though quite basic, and worth it mainly for the very central location.

Good place to stay. Affordable price. Central location. Clean rooms. Many toilets and showers. Breakfast is included and it's not bad for the price. Wifi is working. Close to the bus station. Free baggage room when you go to safari.

The staff was very helpful. Good rooftop to hang out and meet other travelers. Nice location: close to restaurants, supermarket and bus stop.

We only stayed one night, but were satisfied overall. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Everything felt clean.
